WILL MILLIGAN, Sales Associate
|
|
For Will, growing up with a farm, ranch, and outdoor background makes
saying, "No One Knows The Country Like We Do" easy. Will has been a Chandler
resident for nearly a decade; a full time Sales Associate in this real estate
office and auction ring man since 2004; and in 2009, after graduating from the
Texas Auction Academy, he took the microphone to call bids at auction and
has continued to work as an auctioneer and ring man since. If you have not seen
him
in auction action - you may recognize Will for his involvement in local
community activities with Ducks Unlimited and the Lincoln County On-Stage
theatre group. Will has learned a lot about real estate, Oklahoma
farming/ranching, and the auction industry from his father-in-law, John Ball,
who founded the United office in
Chandler, as well as from the current office owner/broker Mike Bendele who is
known for his attention to transaction details, and through his membership with
the Oklahoma Auctioneers Association. Buyers and sellers who have
worked with Will describe him to be personable and easy going yet very
hard-working and thorough. Give Will a call or follow him on Facebook to learn
more about what he can do for you when it comes time to sell your place or buy a
new one!

JUSTIN BALL, Sales Associate
|
|
Justin literally brings a lifetime of auction, sales, and agriculture experience to our real estate team. As the son of John Ball, Justin was practically raised in this real estate office. He started his auction work at a very young age as a ticket runner; and at age 14, he picked up the microphone to call his first auction. Justin continued to call auctions and work the sale ring through high school here in Chandler and then through college at Oklahoma State University while obtaining his degree in Animal Science/Business with an Ag Economics minor. Justin began full-time work on the management side of the auction process just before graduating from college in 2000.
